I've never been a fan of Valentine's Day, honestly.  When you're single (and don't want to be,) it's just a shitty reminder being thrown in your face.  When you're not, it seems silly to not just celebrate your love every day instead of just this one!  That said, most of my closest friends are not near me, geographically, and this often means that it's quite a long time between seeing each other.  This Valentine's Day, I'm celebrating those relationships because out of sight is NOT out of mind.
