In Fallout: New Vegas, I find the most endearing storyline to be Jason Bright's journey to bring himself and other non-feral ghouls to the "Great Beyond."

The Great Beyond is an aqua jelly with silver/blue shifting shimmer and is packed with holographic flakes.

Opacity: Fairly sheer but the shimmer and holo flakes with help it build up to opacity in 2-3 coats

Jen & Berries nail polishes are 12.5mL. Mini bottles will be out of stock until late this year/early next year. A good base and top coat is recommended to maintain the life of your manicure and to prevent staining from highly pigmented polishes. Since I hand make all polishes in small batches, there may be slight variations, though I follow my recipes closely to prevent this.
