neon nights 3

Neon Nights 3 are 6 new neon polishes from Jen & Berries.  These polishes feature fine-milled shimmer, and more of it than their predecessors.  Note:  I do not use prone-to-fading purple neon pigment but rather mixes of pink and blue pigments to get those shades.
