Inspired by the Rainbow Cone's signature treat. Cone as you are is a topper with a mix of matte neon dot glitter and a touch of scattered white sparkle. (I didn't have any brown glitter to represent the chocolate, so purple will have to do!)  Glitter is black light reactive (though not glow-in-the-dark)

Jen & Berries' nail lacquers are always vegan and cruelty-free. Full-size nail polish bottles are 12.5mL and come with mixing balls and fan brush. 9mL mini bottles with flat brush also available on some products.
