Flat Track matte top coat is an indie matte top coat that transforms your glossy nail polish into a velvety matte finish. Matte top coats bring out the flakies and glitter in nail polishes exceptionally well, though they do lessen the effect of holographic polishes. Please note that the matte finish will eventually smooth out to a more satin finish in time, but this matte top coat applied and remained matte the longest, out of all of the ones I tested. application tips
Apply normal quick-dry top coat then 1 coat of Flat Track for a velvety matte finish. The matte effect will gradually fade to satin if worn for a substantial amount of time.
