Lwaxana Troi, Daughter of the Fifth House, Holder of the Sacred Chalice of Riix, Heir to the Holy Rings of Betazed is an incredible character with so many funny interactions both on TNG and DS9, but to me, this quote captures her essence best.

This nail polish has a peachy pink jelly base with intense glowy blue/purple shifty shimmer and loads of holographic flakies; it's just as flamboyant as the character.
