For this version of the Star Trek Villains, I chose 4 characters from Deep Space 9.  Gul Dukat, Winn Adami, Weyoun and Kilana were villains but they have a commonality in that they did have some redeeming qualities!

He Has Some Gul
Rosy mauve crelly base with a strong green/ turquoise/ blue/ violet shifting shimmer

All I can do is Winn
Khaki, velvet linear holographic base with a pink/gold shifting shimmer and gold holographic flakes.

Comb Again?
Bold blue jelly base loaded with blue/violet and green/blue violet flakes

Lost a Founder
Grape purple base with a subtle purple/pink shimmer and red/orange/gold/green (at extreme angles) magnetic shimmer
